Moulton Properties founder W.W. Moulton built this building at the corner of 12th Avenue & Gonzalez directly across from Old Sacred Heart Hospital in the 1940’s. For over forty years, the Moulton family operated its East Hill Drug Store, Moulton’s P & S, from this location. During the early 1990’s, the building was renovated and converted into high quality professional office space.
