Harbourview
on the Bay has undergone
substantial renovations over the last few
months including a redesigned lobby
accented in gold and mahogany featuring
original, tropical paintings by Pensacola
artist Sandy Klotter.The lobby is further
adorned with tropical plants and mahogany
furniture providing a welcoming environment
for tenants and their clients.Future
renovations include updating the elevator
lobby of each floor, replacing carpeting on
each floor, and updating the facilities. |

Express Financial Advisors
and Prudential Securities Inc. have recently moved into Harbourview
on the Bay. American Express occupies half of the first floor
while Prudential Securities occupies the building’s former
mezzanine level, which has been built out as a full floor. American
Express moved its regional headquarters from Mobile to Pensacola
to capture growth opportunities on the Gulf Coast. |
